If you plan to make items to sell with my designs...you will need a commercial license, you can purchase two types of licenses.
1. A single use license (found in the shop)
2. Or this one that allows you to use all the items in the shop.
Use this listing for shops who wish to sell products using my designs on them. NOT the designs....those are not for resale...but you may sell products made with my designs
PLEASE NOTE:
🟢 Purchasing this Commercial License grants you commercial PRODUCT use for ALL purchased SVG design files from Jenny Lynn West SVG...past and FUTURE designs. This listing is for a Commercial Extended License that authorizes the buyer to use the design to make their product.
🟢 This Extended License is for the ENTIRE shop for Small Business Use.
🟢 Use MUST protecting the image from being copied by using a proper watermark and saved as a low resolution.
‼️IMPORTANT- This remains my artwork and if you are not willing to abide by the terms (protecting said artwork, adding watermarks or low resolution ) I have the ability to remove the right to sell my designs.
🟢 Be SURE to follow my Facebook Group and Instagram so you can catch for when I have coupons, freebies or sales. I am ALWAYS adding to the shop...pretty much daily!
📌Please read before purchasing, I am very strict and will Check up on License and contact Etsy/Amazon etc if you do not follow my License rules for copyright infringement

❌ This License Does NOT Include the ability to Sell on Print-on-demand sites such as Zazzle, or use for Embroidery Digitizing.

❌ This liscense doesn’t allow you to gift, share, give or email...(send in ANYWAY)...To anyone else...honesty comes into play here. 💓 I work hard for my work, please send others here so I can keep on creating for your projects!

✔️Use my designs on Print on Demand, home businesses to apply to products (tshirts, mugs, canvas, etc)
✔️I want you to succeed! So their is no limit on amount of can printed/created to be sold. Please NOTE: No physical item will be sent to you. Keep your receipt as your record. I am NOT responsible for trademark violations if you purchase and sell a phrase which is trademarked in which you are selling it. We advise you to stop selling it and thoroughly research all trademarks. All Copyrights remain with Jenny Lynn West.
PLEASE REMEMBER‼️ - You must purchase a license for EACH design you plan on selling items with. I DO CHECK, please have integrity in this! I work very hard on my artwork and would love for you to resell them BUT PLEASE purchase the license AS WELL. Thank you!!! This Extended Commercial License authorizes the buyer to use the my designs in ENTIRE SHOP design purchased with this license to create products such as t-shirts, mugs, signs, and other physical items. What will you receive? 📝 Your receipt is considered your proof of purchase. There won’t be anything to download but the receipt please keep it safe as check-ins are regularly made to insure that my designs are not being used without permission.
